CLASSES
Nick has been a student of Vinos de Jerez for the last 15 years, and he is now finally very excited to begin a series of classes. Much is changing in the world of sherry, and much remains misconstrued. We will discuss some of the traditional pillars of Jerez, as well as the unspoken and hidden truths behind the world’s best, most diverse wine.
Sherry 101: Sherry Is Wine is Nick’s entry level class designed to introduce drinkers to the world of dry sherry wines (vinos generous). Class will include small bites, 3-5 styles of dry sherry wines, maps, and a free tote bag!
